- Will I be dropped off at my accomodation?Yes, all our services are door-to-door. The driver will take you directly to the address you gave us during the booking.
- Will I be taken to and picked up directly from my hotel/private address?Yes. All of our private Service take your group directly to your hotel/private address and in the same way, we’ll collect you at this same spot on the day of your return journey.
- Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?Yes. Your credit card details aren’t introduced until the very last step of the booking process, at which point you’ll be redirected to a completely secure bank server where you carry out your payment.We never has access nor does it store in its databases your details, so you don’t run any risk.
- Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?No, there are no booking fees and all our prices are all-inclusive (incl. VAT).
- What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated.
- Where is the meeting point at the airport?The driver will be waiting for in the arrivals lounge of the airport, holding a sign showing the passenger name provided. The exact meeting point information is included in the reservation confirmation email.
- Do you provide child seats?Child and baby seats are available on request. You can request child and baby seats in the section of the booking page.
